The conference Puerto Rico at a Crossroads: Investing in the Future brought Wharton and Lauder to Puerto Rico, and Puerto Rico to Wharton and Lauder. It was intended as a two-way learning experience whereby Puerto Rican policymakers and business and civic leaders shared their experience and expertise with faculty, students, and staff from Wharton and the Lauder Institute. Participants focused on hurricane relief and recovery, economic development, fiscal matters, the future of education, and energy security.
