The Lauder Events Manager will manage the arrangements and logistics as well as staff a 12-month portfolio of events for the Lauder Program. Events include student events, Board events/visits, faculty/staff/speaker events, and other social or special events. This position will be responsible for overseeing event logistics including liaising with vendors and stakeholders during the planning process as well as booking venues, caterers and managing event supplies and gifts. The Events Manager will manage all pre- and post- event processes including attendee registrations, event metrics, and reconciliation processes. Additionally, this position will process payments, pull data reports, and book travel related to events. This position is project-based and involves close collaboration with multiple stakeholders. The Events Manager will work closely with colleagues in External Affairs, Operations, Communications, faculty leads and student representatives.
