Chad Payne wins Audience Choice Award for Penn Grad Talks

We congratulate Lauder Institute student, Chad Payne, who is this year’s Penn Grad Talks Audience Choice Winner for his presentation, “Web 3.0: Embracing the Future of Internet Technologies on the African Continent.” Watch his winning talk below. Chad is a first-year student in the Africa Program (French Language).

Penn Grad Talks features TED Talk-style presentations by Penn Arts & Sciences graduate students representing the Humanities, Social Sciences, Natural Sciences, and Professional Master’s programs. Winners receive a $500 cash prize.
