Please register to attend by Friday, April 25 / Tickets cannot be guaranteed if registration is submitted after this date / Note that graduating students can register a maximum of 4 guests.
All Lauder Class of 2025 students are eligible to participate in the graduation ceremony, even those who plan to graduate in August or December 2025.
N.B. Diplomas are not distributed at graduation ceremonies. Graduates will receive their diplomas by mail from the University.

KEYNOTE SPEAKER
Our Distinguished Speaker for Graduation this year will be Marcos Rodriguez (G89, WG89), the Founder, Chief Executive Officer, & Partner of Palladium Equity Partners.
Mr. Rodriguez founded Palladium in 1997. Under his leadership, Palladium has built a 27-year track record of investing in more than 200 businesses and has been a pioneer in investing in the U.S. Hispanic market.
Prior to forming Palladium, Mr. Rodriguez was a partner of Joseph Littlejohn & Levy, a buyout firm that he joined in 1989. Before launching his private equity career, he worked in operations for General Electric Company in the U.S., Mexico, and France, and graduated from GE’s Manufacturing Management Program.
Mr. Rodriguez has served on the Board of Directors of numerous Palladium portfolio companies, including ABRA, Castro Cheese, Daniel’s Jewelers, Jordan Health Services, Second Nature Brands, Teasdale, Taco Bueno, Trachte, TransForce, and Wise Foods, among others. He is also a dedicated civic leader, serving on the Board of Trustees of New York-Presbyterian, the University Hospital of Columbia and Cornell, as well as the Boards of the Robert Toigo Foundation and the Alfred E. Smith Foundation.
He earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Columbia University, an M.B.A. from The Wharton School, and an M.A. in International Studies (French track) from the Lauder Institute.
