At the Lauder Institute, students engage in research within their region throughout their studies. In particular, courses below highlight the connection between classroom learning and application.
Global and Regional Analysis is a Lauder Core course designed to equip Lauder students with a common body of knowledge to enhance learning and research capacities in international and regional topics. We do so through in-depth exploration of key events and leading debates in the fields of economic and international history, comparative politics, political economy, international law, and global governance.
The Global Knowledge Lab (GKL) provides students the opportunity to integrate subject knowledge with their language, managerial, and intercultural skills to develop practical and analytical projects drawing on cutting edge academic research.
