JD/MA Curriculum

For over 30 years, the Lauder Institute has been a pioneer in integrating management education with an international studies curriculum and advanced language training and cross-cultural proficiencies.

Over the course of the 24-month program, students are expected to advance their language skills to attain the Superior rating and to complete the MA in International Studies curriculum. For more details, please refer to the Lauder Curriculum page.

Lauder students complete the curriculum for the Penn JD, fulfilling all the requirements for the degree.

During May, prior to the summer immersion, JD/MA students also begin INTS 721 (International Political Economy of Business Environments) which is a required and integral part of the Lauder Degree Program.

JD/MA candidates should contact international@law.upenn.edu for questions regarding the law school curriculum.
