An essential piece of the Lauder Institute’s commitment to giving its students the best possible career preparation and advice, the Lauder Global Fellows Program brings business executives, policymakers, diplomats, and international agency officials to campus to mentor Lauder students and give them insight into the realities of various professional paths in the world of global business, from investment banking and private equity to social entrepreneurship and social impact.
Lauder Global Fellows have traditionally been business executives, policymakers, diplomats, and international agency officials who act as mentors to Lauder students. Tom Tinsley, Managing Director at General Atlantic, served as the Lauder Global Fellow for 2013-14. In that capacity, he came to campus every other week to lead a lecture series focused on different professional career paths and meet with students to help them think through their career choices.
