CIBER Academic Programs
P enn Lauder CIBER uses its grant funding to encourage and support innovations in international business education. We support activities ranging from adding new content to existing courses to creating new courses, and from adding new dimensions to existing programs to developing new programs. Past and existing projects include the creation of a course on the financial and economic crisis, an Arabic Track Program for MBA/MA students, a Hindi Track Program for MBA/MA students, and a JD/MA in International Studies degree program at Penn.
Penn Lauder CIBER provides ongoing support in multiple ways for teaching international business and related fields. A great deal of focus is placed on professional development activities that enhance and support international business education, both at Penn and at area institutions. In order to round out the ways that local and regional scholars and students can benefit from CIBER programs, Penn Lauder CIBER supports numerous projects and activities organized by other CIBER-funded institutions around the country.
