CIBER Global ForumsPenn Lauder CIBER co-sponsors the annual Wharton Global Business Forum, a two-day conference organized by Wharton graduate students. It is the pre-eminent business school event addressing the major economic, social, and political trends affecting the major regions of the world. This conference combines five separate international student-run conferences addressing the globalization of various regions' economies while remaining focused on domestic trends and concerns. In November 2006, top-caliber speakers, panelists, and guests from around the world convened in Philadelphia to focus on issues particular to Africa, Asia, and India.
